The online store I recently shopped from was good. The website was easy to navigate and had a nice selection of products. The customer service team was helpful in answering my questions. However, the shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but there is room for improvement in terms of delivery speed.
