I had a mixed experience with Therealestatecompany.com. The customer service was average, not great or excellent. They were responsive, but there were some communication issues. The agents seemed knowledgeable, but I felt like they were more focused on making a sale rather than genuinely helping me find the right property. Overall, it was an okay experience.
