I have been a customer of GRASP Systems for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. Although their website is user-friendly and their products are of good quality, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, they offer decent products at affordable prices, but there is room for improvement.
