Circumstances led me to take consultation with Dr Maya. Right from the entering the hospital to meeting the doctor, the operations staff were very cordial. On meeting Maya and explaining the problem, she was very empathetic with the patient and his age (80 years). She was very patient throughout and kept reassuring the patient time and again. Her calm and composed nature brought confidence in me and the patient as well. She consoled me when I got emotional looking at the patient being in pain. Even after completing the procedure she kept reassuring me and the patient. We are living in times where health care has become a money making endeavor and doctors like Dr Maya is delivering quality care with touch of humanity. It was really my previlage to watch her work and having met a good soul like her. Thank you Dr Maya.
