I had an average experience with a local real estate company. The agents were generally helpful, but there were a few instances where communication could have been better. I did manage to find a suitable property, but the process took longer than expected. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer service. However, I appreciate their efforts in assisting me with my real estate needs.
