I was looking for a PCP and HNI showed up on my list of approved doctors. When I called the number online, I got the corporate office. Thinking I had called the doctor's office, I explained what I was looking for. The woman who answered was very rude and stated "this is a corporate office." I apologized thinking she would be helpful and tell me where to get a doctor's office number or anything. Instead she just said - okay and hung up. When I went to another site to find a number, it was a fax machine (listed as the contact number). Maybe the doctors are great but the people at your front desk are the face of your organization.
