Money hungry like most in the practice nowadays. I needed to pay for bloodwork. I suffer with severe migraines and felt it was of urgency. They sent me for bloodwork, which was not a problem; was able to get everything done. However, as soon as the bloodwork came back normal, I was outright told it was mental and I needed to see a psychiatrist simply because I have a mental disorder of ptsd...I went to see someone else and, given the benefit of the doubt, they set me up with an mri at a neurologist. It turns out I had a cyst on the right side of my brain that, without medication, would ve become serious overtime. Luckily, I followed my instinct and was able to get proper medication to help shrink it and am now in the proper care. And speaking of my ptsd, I requested I get an ESA(emotional support animal) letter, which states I would benefit from an ESA. They told me they would not write it because the dog I want to get certified is not trained. Talk about ignorant. Even I know the letter simply states i would benefit from A dog, not a specific dog. They accept absolutely no responsibility for their actions. Waste of time and money! Thankfully, I was able to have my ESA letter written elsewhere and I am doing much better, no thanks to this place.
