I recently had the opportunity to work with Murtfeldt additive solutions and I must say that their service was average. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, but the overall experience was just okay. I expected more from a company with their reputation and expertise. The delivery was prompt, but the product quality was not up to the mark. There were minor defects in the additive that affected the final output. I hope they improve their quality control measures in the future.
