I recently tried out a SMS service for my business and came across Cosmic SMS. Their platform is user-friendly and allowed me to easily manage my messaging campaigns. I appreciated the analytics provided, which helped me track the performance of my SMS campaigns. However, there were a few issues with the service that I encountered. The delivery rate was not as high as I expected and sometimes messages got delayed. Despite these drawbacks, I would still consider using Cosmic SMS again.
