We have had the worst luck getting this company to...

We have had the worst luck getting this company to have correct records. No matter how many times I have emailed and called, they consistently call the wrong contact or show up to the wrong address. For example, last year I emailed to have the machine serviced and included my name and contact info. They instead called the original contact who left the company on bad terms and never let me know they called. I had to call back and was assured the records were updated. Then I processed an order to move the machine from one location to another and they showed up to the wrong address and called me instead of calling the contact on the work order and going to the address on the work order. This year, they were supposed to service our machine and still showed up to the wrong address. And today, they were supposed to service our machine tomorrow but showed up today and called the original contact who, as I mentioned before, left on bad terms and would prefer not to be contacted. I don't know what else I am supposed to do or say to get this company on the same page with everyone else who works there. It seems like they are all working off of different sources of information and it's extremely unprofessional.
