Integrated Networks, Inc. is an average company. I have had some good experiences with them, but there were also some issues. Overall, their customer service was decent and their products were reliable. However, there were times when I had to deal with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. I would say that they are just an average company, nothing to rave about.
