I recently had the opportunity to work with Nea Rhode Island, and I must say, it was an average experience. The company's website is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate my experience with Nea Rhode Island as average.
