I had a rather disappointing experience with Broker Dealer Relations. The overall service was average, but it was not up to my expectations. The website interface was okay, but there were some technical glitches that need to be fixed. The customer support team tried their best to help, but it took longer than usual. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
