I have been a customer of Reisebüro rosier for many years and I must say that their service is average. They are not outstanding, but they get the job done. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where my booking was not handled properly and I had to follow up multiple times to get the issue resolved. Overall, I would rate them as average.
