They charged me for an extra day and didn't refund me.

The housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day and I had to call them for setting my room.
The air-conditioning control is really substandard. The receptionist told me that it is working as expected. Then after wasting an hour trying to make it work, I gave up and requested for a technician. He came and fixed it.
The lobby staff and the reservation office phone staff are very rude and discourteous. It felt like they are doing a favor by letting guests stay there. Constant frown on their faces.
I made a mistake staying here. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The building and decor are good. But staff and the experience is the worst I've ever experienced.
