DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!

I had an adverse reaction to their product, Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream which I reported to their staff nurse, Josh, at the beginning of this month, and I asked for a refund of $20 which would also cover the shipping amount I paid to receive the product from an online store that doesn't give refunds (!) and $100 in damages (I usually (successfully) sue companies whose products damage me in any way if the company won't compensate me!)

Josh, told me that he would put in a request for the $20 although they don't usually pay damages for adverse reactions just upon request and that it would take four to six weeks (!) for me to receive any refund. I learned today that Galderma has decided that they will only refund me $16 for this product after the first of next year (!) When I told the rep., Debbie, that I originally asked for $20, she had the nerve to ask me if I had a receipt, which I have to say Josh never did when I first reported this problem!

You know, today, most people don't know when they're well off! Galderma is a one such entity if it's going to try to save $4 (!!!!!!!!) in reimbursing a customer who has been harmed by their product! How on Earth is that $4 that Galderma is not refunding to me going to significantly add to their bottom line?!?!?! THINK, PEOPLE!!!!!!

I sincerely hope that Galderma gets slapped with a large Class Action Law Suit soon for such problems as I'm having with them and their products! That will show them the value of taking real responsibility for harming their customers!
