The products I ordered from Picosecond pulse labs were of average quality. They worked fine for the most part, but I experienced some minor issues with one of the products. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, but it took longer than expected. The website could also use some improvements in terms of product information. Overall, I would rate them as average.
