The Money Museum. I can't even find the thing on maps, I only stumbled across it because I happened to be walking by the building and saw a sign for it. I had a half an hour to kill, which was perfect because that's exactly how long it took.
Obviously not the primary reason for visiting Cleveland, but if you're downtown, have 30-45 minutes to kill, it's a small and free attraction that's a lot of fun and filled with some interesting things like the history of the Federal Reserve, the evolution of money, etc.
