Located on the main square in Lille, the ferret du Nord is wheelchair accessible. Huge, we often find the product we are looking for. The counselors are sometimes very pleasant and guide us very well. Sometimes they are jaded and hardly bother to answer. But generally I am not disappointed with the reception. We find everything, board games, books, toys, CDs etc. The prices are correct. There are escalators and stairs. Very clean, there are even spaces set up to try out board games and read books.
