The service provided by Odyssey Hospice was satisfactory. The staff was attentive and caring, though there were a few instances where communication could have been better. Overall, the care provided met our basic needs. The facility was clean and well-maintained. While it was not an outstanding experience, it was an acceptable option for hospice care.
