Lots of fun activities, human-driven rides, shows, and things to spend money on! Actually has some really good, unique vendors. Very expensive food options ($10 for a brownie with ice cream?). But really, it's like a carnival, but for the 1560's. Sword swallowers, comics, death-defying acts (ok, that's a bit of an exaggeration), tarot readers and much more. Of course, you can't leave without seeing the jousting match!
