I recently purchased a video surveillance system from a company based in Germany. The system is of great quality and I am happy with my purchase. The customer service was also very helpful and prompt in answering my questions. However, I would have preferred if the company had better documentation and tutorials available for setting up the system. Overall, I rate my experience with this company as above average.
