I canceled some policies before Thanksgiving and had not heard or received anything in the mail. I called a few times and couldn't be told anything but it was shown where my letter was submitted. I called today and was told the policies weren't canceled. Now I have to wait five days for this to be reviewed. This is ridiculous! It doesn't take this long to cut a check and give me what rightfully belongs to me! I still have policies with the company, but I am seriously thinking about canceling them as well!
