I have been using pttech's products for a while now and I must say, they are average. The quality of their tools is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support is also average, sometimes they respond quickly and resolve issues, but at other times, it takes ages to get a response. Overall, I would rate pttech as an average company.
