Tried to schedule an appointment for my children today. I was on hold for a while. The operator was rude. I spoke to office manager about the ridiculous rules. Apparently, if you haven t seen your md in three years, you are considered a new patient.
What is the reason for the this rule?
It doesn t matter now.
We are going to leave the BR Clinic.
My children have appointments next Tuesday at a new dermatologist as new patients.
You just lost five patients. Goodbye
