Very disappointing. I get hired through this agency and a week later I am called to terminate the contract because they "have the wrong profile". It would be good to define the profile well before hiring and have their client talk to me about it before terminating the contract. What saddens me is knowing that this is done on a regular basis.

Second: I have the impression that they are using resumes to fill jobs as quickly as possible without considering client preferences. I have a BAC in business administration at HEC Montreal in applied economics option and the majority of the jobs offered were in secretarial ...

In short, no personalization, it looks like they are laughing at you and just want to close applications etc.

I do not recommend.

Hopefully one day they can really meet my needs because I have been waiting for help from other agencies since January without success .....
