As a customer of Tower ohl group, I must say that their service was quite average. The response time was slow and the overall experience was not great. Although their website is user-friendly, I expected a better level of professionalism from such a renowned company. There were some delays in the delivery of my order which was quite disappointing. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
