I went to Melton and made it thru orientation.
It's a good program. Very helpful and by the book. Only thing wrong with this place is how some of the people here talk to you and it's more of the HR people than orientation. Chris, Russ and Judd are awesome. I appreciate all your time and efforts and the only reason I didn't give it a 5 was my interaction with an HR person was horrible. But besides that I recommend this company to everyone who can handle the work. Unfortunately it's not for me, so I'm moving on but that's a personal choice. Don't go if your not willing to work hard or take risks but if you are, this is an awesome place. Great pay. Benefits are absolutely beautiful. Trucks are great and they will be all auto eventually from what I've heard. Again, if you can handle the risk and work, plz take this opportunity.
