I had a mixed experience with 360specs. While their product selection is extensive and the prices are competitive, the customer service was lacking. I had an issue with an order and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. Once I did, they were helpful in resolving the issue, but the initial lack of communication was frustrating. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
