I have been banking with Aozora for years and I must say that I am very satisfied with their services. The staff is always courteous and professional, and their online banking platform is easy to use. I appreciate the convenience of their ATMs being available nationwide. However, I wish there were more ATM locations in rural areas. Keep up the good work Aozora!
