I cannot say enough about the outstanding service ...

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received during my recent purchase. I placed an order on a Friday and after placing the order I became concerned after reading some of the negative reviews. I placed a phone call and spoke to Bob asking him if the item I ordered was in stock. He told me he would check and would return my phone call within a half hour. He did return my call as promised and I was delighted to learn the product was in stock and would be shipped that day or Monday at the latest.
Later the same day I received my tracking number and received my item on Monday.
My product was packaged properly and in excellent condition. I would not hesitated to do business with Sands Point.
