I recently used the services of a publishing company to publish my research paper and I found them quite average. The quality of the publication was decent, but I feel like the process could have been smoother. There were some delays in the editing and proofreading phase, which caused unnecessary delays in the publication of my paper. However, the customer support team was helpful in resolving some of the issues I faced. Overall, my experience with Ibima was just average.
