Supposedly this company has people contracted to work in other countries such as Nigeria to do murals and illustrations but does not fully finance the work. It appears the artists are under "a contract" of which the terms can change at any time, since they are in another country and not protected by the laws of the U.S.. I know of one young woman (26 years old) that has to remain in Nigeria until "a replacement" is found for her. She seems too afraid to call the American Citizen Services at the Consulate in Lagos that is near her work area.
