I have been a customer of K Farms, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average at best. The quality of their products has been inconsistent and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There have been times when I have received rotten produce or products that were past their expiration date. I have even encountered situations where they have forgotten to include items in my order. Overall, I would say that K Farms, Inc. needs to improve their service if they want to retain customers like me.
