I Work for BNSF we had a Boss hangs cater in a lunch to celebrate a year without an injury which is a pretty big deal, I have been here 5 years and can't remember a year where we had less than 10 injuries. Anyway boss hawgs was late, we were supposed to be eating at noon but they did not start serving until a little after 12:30. They brought a whole roasted hog that was not even close to being done, they were serving rare pork to people. The woman serving the hash browns was giving like two bites worth per person of the already cold hash browns. Our managment team could see this was going very poorly and ordered BBQ from another place that was actually good, I'm pretty sure Boss hawgs even ran out of food like they didn't know how many people they were feeding. The coleslaw was ok and the cobbler was actually good but that was the only redeeming quality. I Can not speak for the restaurant portion because I have not eaten there in years but from what I remember it was good. I would not reccomend Boss Hawgs catering to anyone ever. From what I've heard from the other shifts it was just as bad or worse.
