I recently booked a trip with Just go and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and I found a good deal on flights. However, the customer service could have been better. The agent I spoke to was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping me. Overall, I would say Just go is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
