I recently worked with this architecture firm on a residential project. The communication and initial design phase went smoothly, with the team receptive to my ideas. However, I found the project management to be somewhat lacking. There were delays in the construction phase due to miscommunication between the firm and the contractors. Additionally, there were some discrepancies between the final design and the actual implementation, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the architectural concepts were creative and thoughtful. The final result, while slightly different from what was initially planned, still met my basic expectations. The firm has potential, but I believe they need to improve their project management and attention to detail for a more seamless client experience.
