I recently used a fulfillment service for my small business through this company's platform. The platform was fairly easy to navigate and the customer service was polite and helpful in answering my questions. However, the overall process took longer than expected, and there were a few hiccups along the way that caused delays. While the pricing was competitive, the actual execution was just average.
