I recently purchased a Wi-Fi extender from this company's website. The product arrived on time and was easy to set up. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking when I had a question about the product. The website could also benefit from a more user-friendly interface and clearer product descriptions. The overall experience was average, not exceptional. I hope the company can improve in these areas to provide a better customer experience.
