I own couple of these machines.
Ioline crystal studio: works VERY POORLY and the program is so badly designed; the undo button doesn't even work on all actions.
Ioline plotter: this printer shreds the paper. I had issues with this plotter from the first day I purchased it. A very rude customer service told me I was imagining all these issues only to later find out that there are indeed some design flaws and found out a couple issues:
1. the weight of the aluminum rod is too light. I was told to fill with sand or cement...to what weight not sure.
2. The paper rest was placed on metal and there wasn't enough resistance. Once I replaced it the resistance was too high and the back bar wasn't sliding down and was getting stuck up top.
The machine came with a lubricant so the paper rolls better. I was told that too was a flaw and I should stop it.
All in all I find this company doesn't launch product that is ready for market and troubleshot properly
