I recently became a member of a nurses' union and I'm happy with the choice I made. The union has been actively working towards improving the conditions for nurses in Manitoba. They have been successful in securing better benefits and advocating for fair treatment. The resources and support they provide are valuable and have helped me navigate my career as a nurse.
