I give two star for the green ways are designed in a helpful way for a snowboard learner and some very friendly staffs. BUT I give just two star mainly because a young lady who has skeletons tattoo on her right hand at the customer service has a super hostile attitude all the way toward me and my friends. At first, she asked me impatiently to take off the protective mask for her to see my lips. It s ok for me so I did. (Note: Every staffs I met before her could understand well what I was saying with a mask on.) But this didn t change her hostile attitude. She doesn t speak English well and I had to show my online purchase eticket twice in front of her face to let her know that I HAVE BOUGHT the tickets already. Her mind was not concentrated. Although she did not do a good job with such attitude, but one of my friends made a sweet compliment to about her tattoo, but in return, she gave back a hostile look with tiny mock on her face. This really upsets us afterwards.
