I have been a customer of Groupe caisse des dépôts for several years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The customer service is okay, but nothing exceptional. The website is also not very user-friendly, and I find it quite frustrating to navigate through. However, I appreciate their range of products and services, which suit my needs. Overall, I would say that they are an average company.
