I recently tried out the custom-molded audio product from this company and I found it to be an interesting concept. The customization process was fairly simple, and the end product did fit well in my ears. However, I was expecting a better sound quality for the price I paid. The audio performance was average, and I felt like it could have been better considering the personalized fit. On the positive side, the product is comfortable to wear and stays in place during activities. The customer service was also responsive and helpful throughout the ordering process. Overall, while the custom molding aspect is a unique feature, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the audio quality.
