I have been taking my kids here for at least 10 years!! Until this last year they have been great!! Now they have new office staff and they really have went down hill!! Never have I ever had to wait more than an hour or so for a follow up call back for anything, been waiting all day just for them to call back and say we cant go by the notes in the computer because so and so is not here and we cant see your child until tomorrow or the following day. You can take her elsewhere!!! What a joke. Sorry to say but I am looking for new providers now for my kids!!!
