I must say that my experience with Dgerolamo Frank J was quite average. The staff was helpful and friendly, but I felt that there was room for improvement. The communication could have been better, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my financial situation. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected a bit more.
