The company's website is very informative and easy to navigate. I liked their focus on renewable energy and their commitment to a sustainable future. However, I feel like there is still room for improvement in terms of customer service. There were a couple of instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts in promoting clean energy.
