I guess AMAZED is the best word I can use to describe my experience with Hendricks NorthLake. Please ask for JEFF NOWACKI when you are in the market for a new Lexus. Don't shop around. Go to Hendricks NorthLake and Jeff will ensure you are well taken care of. Car salesmen are normally so pushy, but Jeff is the complete opposite. He takes time to LISTEN. He is concerned about presenting the best options for the buyer (me!) and is a true professional. After my purchase of a new 2017 Lexus, HUSSAIN AMIR took control of the technology training. One word for Hussain is PATIENT! He is extremely knowledgable. I'm sure I will be calling upon his services again in the future. These two men are what define excellent customer service and Mr. Hendricks should be very proud of them!
