I have sat here with family and friends many times...

I have sat here with family and friends many times over the years, and time and time again my visit is disappointing.

My biggest annoyance is the staff. Taking a new order takes a lot of effort, you have to come up to them, shout them, or raise your hand for minutes before they finally realize something.

Also, the way the staff treats you is rude. At a restaurant, the customer is always right ..? Let it show ..!
