My stay at Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour was average. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The staff were polite, but not very personable. The location was convenient, but it didn't offer any unique views. Overall, an okay experience, but I expected more from a luxury hotel.
